No matter what, the house will never be further than 10 minutes from the water. In La Quinta you get Marbella's absolute best sea view all the way from eastern Marbella to Gibraltar. The southwest location also gives you an excellent view of the lake and the beautiful mountains.

The winter months are mild and pleasant with daytime temperatures between 15-20°C, while nighttime temperatures rarely drop below 8-10°C. There may be a little more rain in winter, but snow is almost unknown in Marbella.
Spring and autumn are pleasant with moderate temperatures. Spring can be a bit cool at first, but it quickly warms up, while autumn often sees warm weather until October. These are also times when the city can experience a bit more rain, but it is still relatively sunny.
