After finding the qualified owners for your dream home, Villa № 8 takes care of all the legal work and sets up a dedicated company for your home.
We handle the entire process
We manage and supervise the company associated with the home and take care of all aspects of your home. These include monthly common expenses, property taxes, legal fees, etc.
When your home is ready
Once the property is purchased and everything is signed, you just have to sit back and enjoy your holiday home. You plan your stay yourself through our simple booking system.
We are not real estate agents.
Villa No. 8 guides you through the purchasing process as an advisor and structures ownership groups, but we do not trade property for you as an intermediary for commission, like a real estate agent does.
How many
Each home has between two and eight equal owners. Together with the group of owners, you/I 100% own the home. Villa № 8 has no shares in the home.

We will refresh, equip, furnish and possibly renovate your home beautifully with the help of professional European interior designers. Contact us to hear more about them.
We provide protection and warranty
We act as your point of contact. The owners can of course meet with each other, but this will only be necessary for personal interest. We provide protection against financial default if one of the owners does not meet their responsibilities or the ground rules.
Sell anytime
If you wish to sell your share in the future, we will assist you all the way. It is entirely up to you how you want to sell it.
